રિફંડ નીતિ
All devices, including mini and micro ATMs, Bluetooth thermal printers, biometric scanners, etc., sold on atmbaazar.com are covered by a warranty period provided by the respective service provider company of each product.
You will receive a full refund or replacement of your choice if the product you receive is defective, or damaged during transit. Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method, or you can share a QR code on WhatsApp for the refund. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to provide your bank details, UPI ID, or a QR code to receive a refund. After successfully verifying your purchased device or product, we will arrange a return pickup. Once the product is received in its original condition, a refund will be initiated or a replacement will be sent. If there is no issue with our products but you still wish to return them, shipping charges will be deducted. For prepaid orders, a cancellation fee of 4.72% (including a 2% payment gateway charge, a 2% payment processing checkout charge, and 18% GST) will apply for payments made via UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, or Debit Cards. For Credit Card and EMI payments, a fee of 5.9% will be deducted, along with forward and reverse shipping charges. The return or replacement will be subject to the policy mentioned on the product page.
Warranty
All orders and product purchases on atmbaazar.com are fully secure and covered by a warranty. We are also offering you a 7-day return/replacement facility. If your product stops working after 7 days, we will guide you on how to claim the warranty within 6 months to 2 years, depending on the warranty coverage period of that particular product. You will also receive full support from us for device repair purposes.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason not caused by us before the product is dispatched, a cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is 4.72% (including a 2% payment gateway charge, a 2% payment processing checkout charge, and 18% GST) for payments made via UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, or Debit Cards, and 5.9% for payments made via Credit Card or any EMI payment method. However, if the product has already been dispatched and you cancel the order, you will need to wait until we receive the product back from our courier partner. It may take approximately 7-10 days, and the shipping charge will be deducted from your refunded amount.

We promise to dispatch your ordered items within 48 hours. If we fail to do so, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
